Receiving Grades Grades for a quarter are available on Growl. Check the current Calendar for when grades for the current quarter are available and the previous quarter's Calendar for when grades are available for that quarter.

Ordering Transcripts Transcripts may be ordered on Growl with advance payment (credit card) or charged to the student account.

Applications for transcripts and verifications may be made in person at the Highlander One Stop Shop (HOSS) on the first floor of the Student Services Building, or by mail; telephone requests cannot be honored.

Ordering Verifications Verifications may be ordered in person or by mail with advanced payment. Please note that Enrollment Verifications cannot be completed until you are both enrolled and have paid for the quarter.
